Urban Decay has a couple of new products in their makeup line: the UD Troublemaker Mascara, which has been making headlines pretty much everywhere ever since it launched as it claims to be sex proof, and 2 new vice lipsticks with a cream finish: Backseat and Roach. This past Summer I had the amazing opportunity to work together with Urban Decay Belgium for the launch of their newest palette and that's where I also learned more about their lipsticks. I have another Vice lipstick with a metallized finish, in the shade Scorched, and I absolutely love the formula, which is pretty surprising in my case since I seem to have a problem with most high end lipstick formulations. Today I want to know if I like this new cream Vice lipstick just as much as their metallized one.
My thoughts on the Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks
I love the packaging on the UD Vice Lipsticks, they photograph amazing too. They look luxurious and I like all the little details the brand incorporated, it definitely makes me want to buy and try more of their products. Backseat was sent to me in a very shiny PR package, I was beyond excited. Urban Decay has 47 different Vice lipsticks with a cream finish, each retails for €19.50 with colors ranging from very bold to very neutral. This lipstick in particular kind of lays in the middle for me, Backseat is a vampy color but with a neutral edge. Let's have a look!
This shade is gorgeous! I haven't tried a UD lipstick before, but you're tempting me!
