NEW - H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour Eyeshadow Review

H&M has completely revamped their makeup line, and it's bigger and bolder than ever. New packaging, new formulas, more products and of course higher prices. This review is all about the H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour Vivid Pigment Eyeshadows. I purchased 5 different shades: Chin chin, Candied almondShiittake, Act your beige and Brownie points. I decided to go for five different shades of brown, in three completely different finishes. Let's have a look!

When I first glanced at the new H&M Beauty makeup stand, it was these eyeshadows that caught my eyes first. Even though the outlook of these is freaking amazing, modern and trendy with the golden finish, the packaging does feel light and cheap to the touch. Every eyeshadow in the stand is available to swatch and the ones to purchase are nicely stacked in the back, right behind them, in beautifully decorated boxes.

From top to bottom:

H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour - Chin Chin (shimmer)
H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour - Candied Almond (matte)
H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour - Shiittake (satin)
H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour - Act Your Beige (satin)
H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour - Brownie Points (matte)

All of H&M Beauty's new eyeshadows swatch like butter, they're pigmented and they are incredibly smooth. I love the formula. They apply nicely and are easy to blend, especially when combined with the new H&M Eye Fidelity Primer, it's the perfect eyeshadow base. Act your beige, an awesome transition color, and Candied Almond, an amazing crease color, are my absolute favorites, I highly recommend them. Chin chin is my least favorite, and the only eyeshadow that has really bad fallout. Brownie points is great for lining the lash line and Shiittake looks gorgous applied on the outer corner of the eyelid, for some extra definition. Apart from the shimmery formula, I enjoy these shadows a lot and I can already picture myself purchasing more of the matte and satin finishes. H&M has done an incredible job with their new makeup collection, I'm impressed!
