Boots International Beauty Haul

If you were to ask me what I define to be makeup and beauty heaven it is most definitely Boots. I shopped at one of their drugstores for the very first time 2 years ago when I travelled to London and I've been ordering from their international website ever since. They always have great beauty deals going on and the shipping costs are not at all bad. This time I paid €11 and had my order within 5 days. Boots has so many beauty products that are not available in Belgium so I'm always very excited when I do my online shopping. I mostly use the site to stock up on products I love so I thought I'd show you what I got this time. Enjoy my Boots haul!

When it comes to hair, fly aways have always been a big issue for me. It was only recently that I discovered that using hair mousse can make a huge difference, not only for preventing frizzy hair but also for styling your hair. Drugstores in Belgium only have a limited amount of affordable options on offer, which is I think part of the reason why I never really knew what to purchase for my blonde locks, so after doing some research on how to style thin and long hair I decided to go with products from VO5. I purchased the VO5 Volume Mousse, and because some of the products were on sale I also threw in the VO5 Texturizing Spray. My hair never really has any volume to it and the one from VO5 had good reviews on the Boots International website. I've purchased one from L'Oreal before and I was very disappointed with it, as it turned out to be more of a hair spray than a texturizing spray, I tested the one from VO5 and it seems promising so far.

VO5 Give Me Texture Dry Texturizing Spray £4.19

Olay is one of my favorite skin care brands, their products are budget friendly and actually work, especially for problems such as redness and mild breakouts. I currently use the Olaz Essentials Beauty Fluid (which has similar packaging) and the Olay Total Effects Anti-Aging Moisturizer. The moisturizer in the picture above is one of the more affordable options, it was 50% off and one that I have never tried before. I thought the claims on the product were interesting and worth trying out. I used it under my makeup the other day and I really enjoyed it. It's very different from the Olaz Beauty Fluid and I would even dare to say that it's better!

Olay Anti-Wrinkle Classic Daily Firming Lotion £5.00

Every time I use an Olay Daily Facial Water Activated Cloth I am asked what the hell it is I am using. These are not sold in Belgium, not by Olay and not by any other brand, which is a real pity because they are amazing at keeping my skin clean and clear at all times. I use them every morning under the shower, to refresh my face, and every night in the evening, to remove my makeup. It's one of the easiest and laziest way to take care of your skin. The entire box is filled with 30 dry wipes that each start foaming up when you keep them under water. The wipes do not cause that familiar stinging sensation that many of those alcohol drenched wet wipes do, they gently exfoliate your skin and they will prevent your skin from having blemishes. I highly recommend them.

Olay Daily Facial in a Box Makeup Remover Cloths £4.99
