TOP 6 Multipurpose Makeup Products

Whether you need to pull off a makeup look in 5 min or it's time to put together a travel makeup kit, multipurpose makeup products always come in handy. They make for flexibility, cut down the time you spend getting ready and create more space in you everyday makeup bag. Here is my top 6 multipurpose makeup products!

This blush has been my ride or die for years now and it is still going strong. Whenever in doubt, this is my go-to cheek pop. Not only does it make for a gorgeous blush, it makes my cheek bones glow and pop. It's an excellent, natural looking but prominent, highlighter!

This Cushion de Soleil is great for achieving a gorgeous, tan complexion, but it's even more awesome when used as a cream contouring product, to give dimension to the face. It has a great, smooth formula that is super easy to blend and is long lasting. I actually prefer it for cream contouring rather than using it to give my pale complexion an overall bronzy look. My makeup look seems more sleek that way.

When it comes to brows, it has taken me a while to get to the powder department but I am finally there. Most brow powders are way too warm for my blonde/brown hair, so this dark, matte shadow from Catrice Cosmetics made a great candidate. It went from being a crease color to my everyday brow powder, next to my regular budge(t) proof brow routine

It's not every day that you can say a foundation makes for a great full coverage and long wearing concealer instead. It was the pink/peachy undertone of this product that convinced me it was perfect to cover up dark under eye circles and I was right. I've repurchased so many tubes every since, no liquid concealer can beat this one.

Using powder products as eyeshadow is not unheard of, but I was very surprised about how well a simple makeup look can turn out so put together when the same bronzer, that is applied for shaping, is used to give some dept to the eye. It makes a great eye makeup look in a matter of seconds.

Essence cosmetics blushes are great quality, and this mosaic blush in particular is stunning on the cheeks, and absolutely gorgeous when applied on the perimeter of the the face used as a bronzer. The mix of orange, peach and brown with a hint of shimmer makes for a radiant fresh finish.

  1. Great post! Love that you included the e.l.f. Baked Blush, it's so glowy and pretty! That sucks about the e.l.f. eyebrow kit.. I feel like they added some weird ingredient to their products and it's not cool :(

    1. I love that blush you got me! I thought it would be flat by now I use it so much but it isn't :D I noticed that some Elf products were irritating when I used them several days in a row, so I try to avoid doing that now and only use them once every so often, then they work out nice!
